LauraManaging Director

Laura is our Managing Director and founder of Page & Co. Property has always been a large part of her life and she started her career in estate agency at the early age of twenty, where she worked for the family business in Wincheap. Laura’s passion for estate agency continued into her life, where she worked as area manager for a large corporate company but her dream was always to own her own agency. She brings a wealth of knowledge and over 20 years’ experience within the local market and with her sheer hard work, passion and drive, Page & Co is a thriving modern agency with traditional values at heart.

Outside of work, Laura is a keen DIY enthusiast and you always find a Farrow and Ball colour chart in her handbag. Having renovated three properties, she loves getting stuck in with projects and finds solitude in decorating. She loves traveling to interesting places when the opportunity arises and lifting heavy weights.

HollySales Director

With estate agency running in her family, Holly was a natural when she stepped into the world of property in her early twenties. She approaches her role with genuine care for our clients and her warm and friendly demeanour instantly puts people at ease.

With over eight years of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and is passionate about giving our clients a truly personal service. She loves property photography and is a stickler for how properties are presented online.

In her spare time, you can find her anywhere near, on or underneath the water. She loves to scuba dive and is currently a rescue diver and is working towards her divemaster qualification. She is trained as a marine mammal medic with BDMLR and is passionate about oceans and environment. Wanting to share her interest and highlight environmental issues, she has recently started arranging community litter picks in the Canterbury area, so make sure you follow us on social media to find out how you can get involved with the next one!

NatalieSenior Marketing Manager

Natalie joined us in 2022, after ten years of experience working in a successful corporate agency, three of which were spent running her own branch. She wanted to step away from the corporate world as she felt it did not align with her own values and enjoys being able to give a more personal service, building genuine relationships with clients.

In her spare time, you can find Natalie scrolling on social media, keeping up to date with the latest interior design trends. She loves period homes and can always see the potential in properties, sharing this vision with buyers. She took her passion for property to the next level, renovation properties and becoming a landlady herself a few years ago. She also has a wealth of experience with auctions.

She loves trying new local restaurants, a spa day and relaxing at home in her cottage in front of the fire with her husband and cats.

SonalSenior Lettings Manager

Sonal has been an integral part of the team since 2018 after relocating to the area from Leiscester, where she worked in a busy independent estate agency. She is efficient, highly organised and extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of lettings legislation. She has excellent initiative and is a great problem-solver.

Outside of work, she has a busy social life and loves to host dinner parties.

She loves travelling abroad, her favourite country being Italy and she lived and studied in Singapore whilst at university. She lives on a working farm on the outskirts of Canterbury and love her little Welsh terrier, Ronnie.

RockyThe Adorable One

Rocky is the youngest and by far the cutest member of the Page & Co team. He loves the attention he gets when he comes into the office and our clients love him too. He is a fluffy ball of energy and his little face can brighten up anyone’s day. Rocky loves sleeping underneath the desks, having a good old belly rub and posing for the camera.
